PHAIR “Preventing Homelessness and Integrating Resources”

The PHAIR program is designed to aid and support families striving to remain in their current housing.  

To be eligible you must:  

bullet

Be a Lucas County resident

bullet

Have at least one dependent child v  Have been employed (or had steady income) 8 of the last 12 months

bullet

Be facing possible eviction

bullet

Be willing to work closely with a prevention specialist

bullet

Have an income level of no more than twice the poverty level
